Which is the best tire?

I pull a large fifth wheel trailer a few times a year so I need a tire that will handle a load. I also need to drive across the cow pasture a few times a week. When it gets wet, the pasture turns into slick, clumpy clay. Right now I have just a street tire form Continental. Any ideas? Thanks
